Dear Jillian, Jamesyn, and Noah:
Here are a collection of life lessons that I have learned over the years whether it be from personal record or vicarious account. Know that once upon a time your mother was cool…
- Treat everyone with kindness and compassion no matter what-people will always remember how you made them feel, be the bright spot in their day.

The best portion of a good mans life - his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love. ~William Wordsworth
- LOVE is always the right answer~follow your heart, throw caution to the wind, and leave limits in math class. LISTEN TO The Beatles “All You Need Is Love”
- There is never a more perfect time than ‘now’ for any new adventure you’ve been contemplating.

It's not what if, it's what now. ~Author Unknown
I hope you still feel small
When you stand by the ocean
Whenever one door closes, I hope one more opens
Promise me you’ll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
Dance - People do what they mean 100% of the time. Never trust a man (or woman) who says what they would ‘never’ do.
- You are what you pretend to be, so imagine greatness.
- Do not underestimate the little guy.

- People hurt when they are hurt. Take challenge as an opprotunity.
- Speak as if you know what you’re talking about, even if you don’t, but never too loudly so that the true expert may interject at any given time.
- Never trust yourself to: fix your own car, cut your own hair, or mend your own wounds.
- Master the art of entertaining, learn your wines, table settings, dress, and manners.

- Men should open doors, pull out chairs, and be last seated, no exceptions.
- You accept the love you think you deserve.
- Rules are merely suggestions, follow them with discretion.
- Do not limit yourself to one genre of music, there is something to take from all types in all tempos. LISTEN TO Frank Sinatra “The Way You Look Tonight”
- Girls: there will come a time when heels will become a staple in your wardrobe. Never buy cheap shoes, they do, afterall, go on your feet.

- Its not a secret if two people know. LISTEN TO Maroon 5 “Secret”
- Always hand-write thank you letters within a week of receiving a gift-it is not only proper, but it is thoughtful and personal , and own monogrammed stationary.
- Do not be afraid to ask a question, especially if its “why?”

Who am I living for? Is this my limit, Can I endure some more Chances are given, Question Existing~Rihanna
- Boys: always go to the door to pick up your date, introduce yourself to her parents, and bring her mother a flower the 1st meeting.
- Never go to a party empty-handed. If you can’t afford a gift, you can’t afford the party.
- Master the English language, all the brain-power in the world is for naught if one cannot express one’s self.
- Do not over-do your jewelry, make up, or clothing. There is something to be said of simplicity.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. ~Leonardo DaVinci
- Buy hardback copies of books you love, read the rest from your public library.
- Find a cause dear to your heart, and volunteer your time to it.
- Never abandon a friend in need. LISTEN TO
Nothing but heaven itself is better than a friend who is really a friend. ~Plautus
